Once you’ve mastered the technique of these powerful exercises, you can train in the comfort of your home at your convenience.

About the coaches
Mia is the Founder and Creator of FaceworkoutbyMia.com. An expert in face massage, and Buccal (intraoral) massage specialist, she has been educating and inspiring clients in the practice of face exercise and massage since 2016. On top of that, Mia is a mother, restaurateur, and social media star who devotes her life to helping others look fresher, love their skin, and feel more youthful, without the need for Botox or fillers. Tajana spent 20 years in the corporate finance world in London. Her journey towards a holistic approach to body and mind started in 2009. Tajana qualified as an aromatherapist in 2013, when she also learned aromatherapy massage and raindrop therapy. She is familiar with various energy healing techniques, including EFT, Access Bars, Reconnection and Donna Eden Energy Medicine, she also practices Qi Gong and is a certified yoga instructor. She says that for her, joining Mia’s team and becoming a Face Fitness instructor was the missing piece of her fitness journey.
