Tajana

Age: 50

Tajana has been regularly doing Face fitness by Mia exercises for 6 months. 

The tired look she once had is now completely gone and she looks not only younger, but refreshed, as well. The pinched look she once had is completely gone. Her eyes are opening up and firming up, too. The nasal/labial fold lines are lifting and her skin is smoothing out and firming-up as well. Her complexion and skin texture is that of a much younger woman since performing the facial exercises. The lines on her neck are also smaller. Her neck is looking firmer and younger than before. Gabriela

Age: 40

Gabriela has been doing Face fitness by Mia exercises for 6 months. After 4 full months of exercising with Face fitness by Mia exercises, Gaby has managed several things. First of all she has started to lift up her jowls. The double chin and “little skin thing” that was starting to come in is completely gone. After 10  months of exercising the face and neck, Mirela shows great improvement. The space between her eyebrows is flatter, smoother and relaxed looking. Her eyebrows appear a little bit higher. Her eyes are much more open than before. Her cheeks are building nicely – rounder and firmer looking, giving her more definition to the shape of her face. The laugh lines (nasal/labial fold lines) are much less prominent than they were. Asymmetry at the upper lip which Mirela had before is gone now. The small horizontal lines on her neck are also smaller. Her complexion appears to be glowing now. She has a more pleasant appearance – looking much younger than before.

Katarina

Age: 41

Katarina has been doing Face fitness by Mia exercises for 2 months. 

After  Kataina’s nasolabial fold lines are less visible because they are smaller, her whole face is lifted up, her cheeks are lifted and her neck is already smoothing out. Her eleven (frown) lines are almost invisible. That tired look is completely gone. She looks younger and refreshed!

Katarina

Age: 41

Katarina has been doing Face fitness by Mia exercises for 2 months. 

After  Kataina’s nasolabial fold lines are less visible because they are smaller, her whole face is lifted up, her cheeks are lifted and her neck is already smoothing out. Her eleven (frown) lines are almost invisible. That tired look is completely gone. She looks younger and refreshed!

Kate

Age: 30

Kate was quite young when she started to do Face workout with me. She was 26 years old. She had problems with acne and impure skin. That problem improved in the first year of practicing face workout. In her second year of practicing Face workout Kate started to have more lifted cheeks and got more volume in her lips. She continued to do face workouts and since she is 30 years old now she is doing prevention for creating wrinkles by doing face workout twice a week.
