I think it’s wise to listen to advice from people who live what they teach. I have been exercising with Mia for 5 months now and I can say that I am more than satisfied.
First of all, my skin looks much better, the tone has visibly improved. The cheeks have lifted, as did the upper eyelids and the bags under the eyes disappeared. Therefore I look more rested and fresher.
There is also a visible improvement in the area of the double chin and the shape of the face.
