One class session lasts 30 minutes. In our workouts you will exercise all the face and neck muscles, and will also be guided through self massage. 

For only €39 you will receive access to our LIVE CLASSES for the whole month. Due to GDPR rules, we are unable to record the live sessions.

Our ONLINE LIVE CLASSES will be held on Tuesdays in Croatian language and Thursdays in English from 5 pm – 5:30 pm CET via ZOOM. This totals to 2 classes per week, or 8 classes per month.

Please register before the 1st of the month in order to be included in next month’s training class. For example, if you purchase our LIVE CLASSES on 15th July, you will be able to join the sessions from 1st August.

Once we receive your payment, the Zoom link will be emailed to you. The link is valid for the whole month. After the payment check your spam mail if you cannot find the confirmation mail.

About the coaches

Mia

Mia is the Founder and Creator of FaceworkoutbyMia.com. An expert in face massage, and Buccal (intraoral) massage specialist, she has been educating and inspiring clients in the practice of face exercise and massage since 2016. On top of that, Mia is a mother, restaurateur, and social media star who devotes her life to helping others look fresher, love their skin, and feel more youthful, without the need for Botox or fillers. Tajana

Tajana spent 20 years in the corporate finance world in London. Her journey towards a holistic approach to body and mind started in 2009. Tajana qualified as an aromatherapist in 2013, when she also learned aromatherapy massage and raindrop therapy. She is familiar with various energy healing techniques, including EFT, Access Bars, Reconnection and Donna Eden Energy Medicine, she also practices Qi Gong and is a certified yoga instructor. She says that for her, joining Mia’s team and becoming a Face Fitness instructor was the missing piece of her fitness journey.

FAQ

Please make your purchase prior to 1st of the month in order to be included in next month’s training class. For example, if you purchase our LIVE CLASSES on 15th July, your will be able to join the sessions from 1st August.

Clean hands and face. Glass of water to stay hydrated.
Face cream or face oil. If you are a beginner, use gentle pressure while sliding your fingers over the skin. Later when your muscles are stronger, use firm pressure.

No, we are unable to record the sessions due to GDPR rules.

Make sure you only use good quality cold pressed carrier oils. There are many available on the market, here are a few that we recommend.

  • Sweet almond oil – mild and gentle, suitable for all skin types. Especially good for dry and sensitive skin
  • Avocado – rich but fast absorbing. Best for dry and dehydrated skin as well as mature and damaged skin
  • Hazelnut – can be used on all skin types. Recommended for oily, sensitive skin and skin prone to acne
  • Jojoba – good for all skin types, it moisturizes and improves skin elasticity. It is fast absorbing and it is good to mix it with other oils.
  • Rosehip oil – great for mature skin and for treating wrinkles. It can help with hyperpigmentation and it stimulates collagen production
  • Macadamia nut – fast absorbing, suitable for dry, mature and damaged skin. Especially good for around the eye area.

I think it’s wise to listen to advice from people who live what they teach. I was lucky enough to be wise myself, for one moment at least 🙂 and I listened to Mia’s advice about regular face fitness training. It only takes about 10 minutes of regular exercising a day to see improvement on my face, to get that glow, elasticity, and to “become alive”.
