For beginners, I recommend starting with “Full Face and Neck Training.” If you have been exercising for more than 6 months already, you can choose to train your face muscles with 5 advanced videos in Full Face and Neck category.
  • If you haven’t watched the Programme Introduction video, please go and do that now. There are instructions on how best to use the videos in this programme so that you can achieve the amazing results you desire for your face and neck. With regular training, you will look more youthful, feel fresher, and have more energy.
  •  Please remember not to exercise every day. It’s important to give your face muscles a rest. If you want to, you can do massage on rest days.
