Here you have short partial training for different parts of your face and neck. If you have concerns for the specific area of your face, for example, forehead, mouth, neck, nasolabial folds etc., use these videos 2-3 times a week. Do not forget to combine them with Full face and neck training and always do partial training in those days when you are not doing full training.
