Ovo je osnovni trening od 25 vježbi i za početnike i za napredne vježbače.
Ako si početnik u vježbanju možeš ga raditi 3-4x tjedno.
Ako si napredni vježbač dovoljno je da ga radiš 2 puta tjedno, a u ostale dane radi napredne treninge i masažu lica.
